Monaro Crescent/Padova Court playground upgrades
Published 24th March 2025
The new space features a variety of play options including slides, climbing structures, a basket swing, play mound and picnic settings.
Back in 2023, a group of enthusiastic Year 4/5 students from Thorndon Park Primary School helped us to fine tune the final design by visiting the original playground and taking a close look at the proposed play elements. Their feedback, combined with that from the wider community, led to some adjustments to ensure the playground would be the right fit for children, their families and local residents.
So, whether you're swinging high, climbing, or just enjoying the fresh air, the upgraded playground is now ready for everyone to enjoy!
