Change of name or address
Please advise us immediately if your details have changed.
All changes of name, address or contact details must be submitted to Council in writing. Council cannot accept verbal notification over the phone.
Please advise your change of details by one of the following methods:
- Online: change of contact details form
- Email: mail@campbelltown.sa.gov.au
- Post: 172 Montacute Road, Rostrevor SA 5073
If submitting via email or post, please ensure to provide the following details:
- Old and new postal address, email address and/or phone number
- Assessment number of your property
- The date from which this change is effective
- Supporting documentation (for changes of name only)
