Freedom of Information
In order to further ensure open and transparent local government, the City of Campbelltown strives to keep its residents and ratepayers informed of Council business.
As per Council’s Freedom of Information Statement, a number of documents are available without the need for a formal Freedom of Information (FOI) Application.
However, the Freedom of Information Act enables members of the public to apply for access to Council documents and to amend Council documents relating to their personal affairs if they are incomplete, incorrect, out-of-date, or misleading.
- Freedom of Information Application Form – Request for Access to Documents
- Freedom of Information (Fees) Notice
- Freedom of Information Application Form – For Internal Review of a Determination
