Encroachment
From time to time, survey results may indicate there is an encroachment issue between you and your neighbour, that there may be any structures either encroaching onto your property or onto theirs. Sometimes encroachment issues can be amicably solved by first talking to your neighbour, however in many cases encroachment issues require lengthy discussions and legal advice.
