2021 Council Awards

  • 2021 Local Government Professionals 20th Annual Leadership Excellence Awards 'Leadership in Community Services and Development Award' for the Waste Warriors Give an Hour Project.
  • 2021 Life Saving SA 'Watch Around Water Award' for The ARC Campbelltown's implementation and innovation of the Watch Around Water program better than any other pool or centre in South Australia.
  • 2021 International Green Flag Award for Lochiel Park Green Village.

2020 Council Awards

  • The Campbelltown Fruit Crew project was one of three finalists in the Local Government Professionals SA Leadership Excellence awards for the category Leadership in Community Services.
  • Council was recently awarded two prestigious awards at the recent Parks & Leisure Australia Awards for SA/NT Ceremony, which will both progress to the national awards.
    • The Best Use of Technology category for Connected Cities with the City of Prospect
    • The Strategic Planning category for Magill Village with City of Burnside and JPE Design Studio
  • 2020 International Green Flag Award for Lochiel Park Green Village.

  • 2019 Australian Smart Cities Awards - Built Environment Award (joint project between the City of Campbelltown and the Cities of Prospect, Burnside, Playford and Port Adelaide Enfield along with the University of Adelaide)
