Fruit fly outbreak extended

Following the detection of adult Queensland fruit flies within restriction zones, the Glynde fruit fly outbreak response has been extended.

Red outbreak area and/or yellow outbreak area quarantine requirements impact all residents of the City of Campbelltown.

We urge residents to check the fruit fly outbreak map and follow the applicable quarantine restrictions, which include keeping home-grown fruit and vegetables on your properties.

Restrictions will be in place until at least 31 March 2026, but may be extended if further fruit fly are detected.
