Terms and Conditions: Collaborative and fair workplace
Employees of Campbelltown City Council are covered by a Collective Agreement (underpinned by a State Industrial Award), voted for by a majority of staff and negotiated with staff representatives.
Council's Employee Collective Agreement No. 7, 2012(1815 kb), covers office, administration, supervisory and library staff. Field Staff Enterprise Agreement No. 9, 2015(1425 kb), is an agreement for Council's field workers who provide a range of engineering, horticultural and technical services for the community.
Both agreements provide detailed information regarding hours of work and a range of leave provisions available to staff including personal leave (sick and family leave), carer's leave, study leave, annual and long service leave.
Employer super contributions are provided to employees as per legislative requirements with all staff also having the opportunity to salary sacrifice to superannuation.
