I acknowledge that this agreement is to list the requested business name on the Industrial Precinct Business Signage on a selected location within the Newton and Magill Industrial Precincts. The business name will be printed in uniform colour and font. I understand that Council will invoice the Business $100 plus GST per annum from 1 July 2023 unless the Business requests in writing to terminate this agreement with at least one (1) month notice.
By submitting this form I acknowledge that I am entering into an ongoing Lease Agreement. This Lease Agreement will commence on the date that it is completed and submitted.
