School Holiday Program - Terms & Conditions

In the interest of allowing as many children as possible the opportunity to participate in Council's School Holiday Programs, we ask that you please be considerate of others when choosing how many sessions to book your child(ren) into.

Parents and caregivers are welcome at all tots, primary and family activities.
Activities are fully supervised; parents are not required to attend unless indicated. Parents who do not wish to attend must remain with the participant until the activity begins and pick them up from inside the activity space as soon as the activity finishes.

It is essential to inform the Campbelltown City Council if the workshop participant has a disability, a medical condition, any behavioural management issues, special needs, allergies or is subject to a court order. This information will remain confidential and allow us to deliver a greater service to participants.

While Council is committed to delivering the highest quality of care at our events, participants take part at their own risk. In the event of an emergency, the workshop facilitators will contact the emergency contact. If a situation arises where we believe that a participant needs urgent medical treatment they will be taken by ambulance to the nearest hospital, for which Council does not accept responsibility for associated costs.

Please note that Council may take photographs at the events for the purposes of reviewing and promoting its programs. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please advise the event supervisor.
