BPAY & BPAY View

Paying with BPAY

Find the BPAY Biller code (8706) and reference number located in the box next to the BPAY symbol on the front of your Rates Notice.

Log into your online banking, select Pay with BPAY, and enter the BPAY details, payment amount and payment date to make payment.

BPAY View®

BPAY View® sends your bills and statements straight to the same online bank you use to pay them, saving you from shuffling paper.

How do I register?

Sign up today in 3 simple steps:

  1. Log into your online banking account.
  2. Look for the BPAY View or View Bills section.
  3. Register to receive your Campbelltown City Council rates bill.

Note: Paper notices will no longer be issued once registered.

Direct Debit

Monthly or quarterly deductions are available from your savings or cheque account (not available for credit cards).

To apply, download the relevant form and send to mail@campbelltown.sa.gov.au or post to PO Box 1, Campbelltown SA 5074. You can contact Council on 8366 9222 to request a paper form be posted to you. Please note that electronic signatures are not accepted.

To determine the correct monthly deductions divide the full remaining rates balance by the number of months remaining in the financial year or you can contact Council on 8366 9222 and ask to speak with a Rates Officer.

Telephone

Call 1300 276 468 any time to pay with Visa or MasterCard. Please enter the Reference No. located on the top right hand side of your Rates Notice. Credit Card payments cannot be accepted over the telephone at Council offices.

By Mail

Post your cheque or money order together with the payment slip, or fill in the credit card details on the back of the payment slip, to Campbelltown City Council PO Box 1 Campbelltown SA 5074.

Council Office

Present your complete Rate Notice at the Council Office, 172 Montacute Rd, Rostrevor. The following payment methods are accepted if paying in person:

  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Money order
  • EFTPOS
  • Credit card
Australia Post

Present your complete Rate Notice at any Australia Post outlet. Payments accepted are:

  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Money Order
  • Debit Card
Payment Arrangement Request

Would you like to spread out the payments of your rates across the year, such that your payments are made on weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis? If yes, please complete the Request for Payment Arrangement Form.

Please note that these arrangements are subject to approval by the Rates Team and require you to make the payment through your financial institution.
