Home Modifications
Home modifications refer to structural changes to the client’s homes so that client can continue to live and mobilise safely about the house and can include:
- Application of non-slip floor strips/treatments
- Installation of peep holes, deadlocks and window locks
- Installation of padlocks on ETSA meter boxes and gates
- Installation of key boxes,
- Installation of door and window shields
- Installation of Sensor Lights
The following can also be provided once an Occupational Therapist has undertaken and assessment and provided diagrams
- Installation of ramps and rails
- Installation of hand held showers with weight bearing rail
- Installation of door magnetic catches
- Door reversals
- Chair platforms, shower boards and bath covers
