Hi, I’m Nathan! I have been a full time Personal Trainer since 2016. I have over 8 years’ experience coaching and training individuals from all walks of life. My motivation for getting into the fitness industry stemmed from starting boxing when I was 14 years old. By the time I was 15, I had won the SA championship State Title and devoted myself to being physically and mentally fit and living a healthy lifestyle. Since then, I have tried my hand at many different sports, placing in Bodybuilding, Strongman, and most recently Powerlifting competitions.

I’m a family man, spending my down time with my wife and 4 kids. I must keep fit to be able to keep up with all of them! We spend much of our time going on family walks and outings, especially to anywhere all the kids can jump in a pool or run around at the beach. We also enjoy playing board games together or having family movie nights.

My passion is helping people with their health, wellness, and fitness, not just for physical reasons, but also for mental wellbeing. I endeavour to keep my education regarding all things fitness up to date which enables me to help people with many different goals, limitations and to understand how the body works and the best way to approach different types of training.

I want everyone to be the best version of themselves. I enjoy spending most of my time in the health club helping others; whether that be with exercising, advice on improving technique, tips regarding food and eating habits, talking about different methods of training or how to live a sustainable healthier lifestyle.

Along with 1:1 Personal Training at the ARC, in the well-equipped Health Club, I offer aquatic personal training in the heated pools and sports specific training utilising the many sports courts.
