How to Appeal a Parking Fine

  • Name and address of driver or new owner of the vehicle
  • In case of new owner, date vehicle disposed of.

If you have received a parking infringement and wish to make an appeal, please complete an Infringement Review Form before the due date and forward to Compliance Officer, Planning & Regulatory Services, PO Box 1, Campbelltown SA 5074, stating the notice number and car registration details including your reason for appeal. Once an appeal has been received, your ticket will be placed on hold pending the review. You will receive notification of the decision in writing.
