About the App
The My Local Services App delivers local information, kerbside waste collection reminders, as well as a 'report it' feature for residents to report issues requiring Council attention, such as potholes, graffiti or tripping hazards, quickly and easily.
Implementation of the My Local Services App is part of Campbelltown City Council improving its customer service delivery on a mobile platform.

The FREE App can be downloaded on iPhone and Android. Search "My Local Services" in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
Features
Spotlight
Receive key messages from Council such as community consultation opportunities, road closures and upcoming events on the App's Home screen. Spotlights will link to the Council's website to provide further information.

Discover nearby Council facilities such as parks, playgrounds, libraries, events, waste transfer stations and more. You can filter the map to find exactly what you are looking for, then use your device to guide you there.
Events
Discover council events that are coming up in your area, nearby or across the whole state. These can also be added to your device calendar and shared on social media.
Report It
Report issues requiring Council attention, such as potholes, flooding or tripping hazards, quickly and easily with the 'Report It' function.

Can't remember if its recycling or green organics this week? Check which bin to put out when with your My Local Services App. You can also opt to turn on 'push notifications' for weekly waste reminders.
