Michael John De Vizio, born 9 January 1971 in Adelaide, South Australia. The son of Vincenzo and Pasquilna De Vizio, who migrated to Adelaide on 27 November 1959 and 8 December 1958 respectively from San Giorgio La Maloara, Provinca of Benevento, Italy.

Michael was brought up in a very strong Italian household and enjoyed all traditions. They spoke of their hardship and ongoing battles they endured whilst they resided in Italy and the struggle they faced as new Australians. At an early age Michael learnt the ethic of hard work from his father and carries that with him today. The father and son relationship developed to that of best of friends/mentor/student and business partner. Today Michael and Vincenzo De Vizio are successful businessmen in their own right, operating a variety of businesses including SA Directional Boring, SA Tree and Stump Removal, Rapid Wall (SA) and Olivefields Australia.

Michael has accounted all his success to his strong family upbringing, his migrant (Italian) culture and the direction and opportunity both his parents have given him.
