Rita De Ionno arrived in South Australia from San Giorgio La Molara, Italy in 1935 with two sons Nicola and Antonio on a ship called Remo. Came to Australia to join her husband, Cav. Grazio Domenico DeIonno.
Rita De Ionno deceased in Adelaide 1967 at the age of 70 years old.
