If everyone who could gave one hour of their time to their community, imagine how even more amazing Campbelltown would be. We are starting a movement where people can gift their time to their community in flexible, short term projects.

We are launching new #giveanhour opportunities all of the time. Here are some current ways to #giveanhour:

Lochend House Volunteer Team
Historic Lochend House has been closed for renovations, and is now ready for a new lease on life! Help our Lochend House volunteer team clean and unpack, ready for the house to be open for inspection by the community. If you would like to help let us know!

Moonlight Markets Bin Buddies
Help us promote zero waste next summer at the Moonlight Markets and volunteer as a ‘bin buddy’ to help patrons know which bin to place their items into. Dressing up as a Taco is entirely optional!

Neighbourhood Letterbox Droppers
During daylight savings hours Council hosts Neighbourhood BBQ’s at local parks and invite neighbours within 400m of the park. Letterbox droppers are allocated a number of streets and invites are delivered one week before the BBQ, its easy, quick and gets those steps up. Join the existing team.

Campbelltown Youth Crew
The Campbelltown Youth Crew are organising events for our youth. Come and #giveanhour with the team.

Waste Warriors

Waste Warriors was the first official #giveanhour project and provided an opportunity for individuals, groups, families or bunch of friends to #giveanhour to their community. Volunteer Waste Warriors helped pack and deliver kitchen baskets across the Council area from late August to October 2020:
