Heart Foundation Walking is a fun, social and easy way to be active and best of all it's FREE!

Joining or starting a walking group in your area is a great way to get active and meet new people. Walking for just 30 minutes a day is a great way to improve your overall fitness and emotional well-being.

Local Walking Groups

There are several existing groups within the Campbelltown Council area. Details can be found in our Campbelltown Heart Foundation Walking Groups Flyer. You can join a local group by contacting the walk organiser, or if no groups are available where you would like to walk, you might like to start your own walking group.
