During the pandemic, some people may have found themselves drinking or using substances to cope with anxiety, negativity, stress and our changing environment.
Helpful information and links for those affected by drug and alcohol abuse are available at www.adf.org.au/covid-19.
Since the pandemic began, many of us are spending more time at home, and as a result many households will see a jump in their electricity use.
There are lots of ways to reduce your energy use at home. The SA Government’s Energy Advisory Service can assist households and businesses with independent information on a number of topics, including how to save energy at home, calculate appliance running costs, and do your own home energy audit.
Check out this Visual Guide to Saving Energy (PDF), or visit the Energy Advisory Service website for a library of detailed information.
