All LMOD workouts can be modified, the instructors on the videos will clearly demonstrate any lower impact options for you to take.

*These classes generally require some form of equipment, but take a look as some will have options to compete without equipment.

If you are a member that generally does Fit for Life, try BODYBALANCE, BODYPUMP (light weight training), BODYSTEP or BODYATTACK or BODYCOMBAT. Be sure to check out the ‘getting started’  and instructional videos first.

If you usually do Yoga or Pilates, try BODYBALANCE

If you tend to use the gym only, try BODYPUMP and some HIIT training.

There are over 800 workouts available, some technique and ‘getting started’ videos, low impact workouts, short workouts (25-30 mins) and combination workouts (cardio plus core for example).
