Arborist advice (to be provided by a qualified Arborist Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) Level 5 or higher). Detail of tree species, current health and life expectancy of the tree, proposed work, impact of proposed work, management plan for the ongoing maintenance of the tree.

Eligibility for funding assistance with maintenance of a Significant or Regulated Tree

Advice is provided by a qualified AQF Level 5 Arborist and work is to be carried out by a AQF Level 3 or higher.
Work is only to be completed to ensure the on-going health of the tree
Notes
*
1) To be eligible for funds, in principle approval must be given by Council prior to work commencing.
2) Assistance is comprised of reimbursement of 50% of the works (capped at $1,000 per tree).
3) Assistance for Concession Card holders is capped at $1,000 per tree.
4) Preference is given to applicants with a Concession Card.
5) Applicants are eligible for more than one reimbursement in a financial year if they relate to different trees and funds available.
6) The application will be assessed by Council Staff.
7) Planning assessment may be required, involving the lodgement of a development application.
8) Funding decision will be made and the Applicant notified.
9) The Applicant must submit the invoice(s) for work undertaken and certification of work completed to the City of Campbelltown to receive the reimbursement.
