Campbelltown Places and Faces

Home Banner - Places and Faces

This project invites anyone in the community to capture their favourite places and faces in Campbelltown by simply taking a photo on your mobile phone or camera.

PLACES: Includes anything indoors or outdoors from parks, reserves, laneways, creeks, ovals, buildings to businesses or at home.

FACES:  There are many interesting stories connected to the faces of Campbelltown, the people we know and meet every day, but could also include the faces of the animals in the area including the friendly koala in your local park.

Tell us a little about why this photo is special to you in 50 words or less.

Simply upload your photo to Instagram or Facebook using the hashtags below or send them to us via email to

This project is part of Campbelltown City Council’s Sesquicentennial 150 year celebrations in 2018. By taking part in this project you will give Council a historical catalogue of the many places and faces that make Campbelltown a great place to live. The photos captured in this project will form part of the area’s history when, in another 150 years, people are seeking images of what life looked like in 2017.

For more participation details please read the terms and conditions and download the Campbelltown Places and Faces Photo Permission Form(44 kb).
