Magill Training Centre Site - Future Development

The State Government has prepared a fact sheet on the sale process and anticipated future development of the Magill Secure Youth Training Centre site on Glen Stuart Road.

This fact sheet has been prepared to provide information to interested members of the community on the sale process and anticipated future development of the Magill Secure Youth Training Centre site on Glen Stuart Road, Woodforde.

The sale process is being coordinated by the State Government’s Urban Renewal Authority on behalf of the Minister for Communities and Social Inclusion.

It is anticipated that the site will be released to the market in 2013 for future housing development.
