HIIT Fitness Classes

Non-Members: $10 per session

High intensity interval training is designed to make you fitter, stronger and healthier in just 30 minutes a session!

All ARC members are invited to participate in our outdoor HIIT Camp on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7am. Places are limited, so register today!
