Freedom of Information

In order to further ensure open and transparent local government, the City of Campbelltown strives to keep its residents and ratepayers informed of Council business.

Council releases documents without the need for a formal Freedom of Information (FOI) request.

However, the Freedom of Information Act enables members of the public to access Council documents and to amend Council documents relating to their personal affairs if they are incomplete, incorrect, out-of-date, or misleading.
