What is OPAL?
OPAL is a Community based healthy lifestyle program supporting you and your family to eat well and be active.
OPAL Staff will be in Campbelltown for five years, working in partnership with families and the Community in the suburbs of Campbelltown, Hectorville, Newton and Paradise to make healthy eating and physical activity the easy and fun choice.

How does OPAL work?
OPAL engages individuals and organisations to work together across the whole community and includes community groups, recreation and sports clubs, schools, health services, council and private businesses.
Sometimes this might mean making better use of existing programs and facilities and sometimes it will mean developing new ones that meet the needs of the Community to support healthy lifestyles.
